I have yet to see a live leech that is attached to an egg in real life. But it’s gotta happen…right?
Even if it doesn’t, I suppose that an egg is appealing enough and it’s not outside of the realm of possibility that a leech could latch onto one. What am I even talking about. Who cares. The Egg Sucking Leech works and it works well. End of story.

- Hook: size 4-12 streamer 2-4x long; Mustad R75S
- Thread: 6/0 uni-thread or 140 UTC denier
- Tail: marabou plume
- Body: chenille
- Rib: copper wire
- Hackle: saddle hackle (tapered)
- Egg Head: medium chenille (orange, chartreuse, pink)
